How we do it

Ok, this is the really important part.

​

Are you paying attention?  Not thinking about something else?  Something that does not serve you well?

​

When useless thoughts come about, we naturally experience stress - in our body and mind.

 

Then know, that with this also comes an opportunity to practice your skill of turning the thoughts into something useful. For me, it helps to do something physical at the same time.

 

It can be as simple as clapping my hands, doing a little jump and then say to myself something like:

 

"ok I'm ready, here we go, let's figure this one out and use the challenge for something better."​​

 

This opportunity of thinking differently is what is empowering.​​​

​

Being curious, trying it and seeing what happens is fun!
