We simply change the story we tell ourselves from the emotional heavy load to the more neutral, lighter way.

 

A decision is made internally to think of the situation differently and use what is as it is.

 

It is like living within the scope of simplicity, generosity and curiosity, all in one.

 

It's a real challenge to think differently since the typical brain is quite determined to focus fear, worry and regret, but it is possible to change the words we think and our viewpoints, resulting in a new story and a nice lighter feeling.
